Handling those COVID-19 cravings

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, our lives have been completely turned upside down. In this stressful time and as we spend so much time at home, it’s tempting to snack a lot more, often on unhealthy foods that are high in fat, sugar and salt. With this in mind, here are some tips on how to control those cravings.
