Guacamole

Suitable for vegetarians


Quick and easy to make, this tasty guacamole takes 10 minutes to prepare. 


Ingredients - Serves 1 Adult

  • ¼ avocado, diced
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • ½ tablespoon of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pinch of cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch of crushed chilli
  • ½ clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • ½ lime, juiced

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix gently using a fork or a mortar and pestle. 

Serving Suggestions

Serve with rye crispbread.
