Crunchy blueberry yoghurt
Suitable for vegetarians
Pre-made fruit yoghurts can be expensive and high in added sugar. Why not make your own fruit yoghurt using natural yoghurt and your favourite fruit?
Ingredients - Serves 1 Adult
- 125g / 4½oz. pot of low-fat natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons of fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of muesli
Method
- Mix everything together and eat immediately
Serving Suggestions
If blueberries aren’t your thing, you could also try raspberries, strawberries or blackberries; fresh, frozen or canned in own juices

You can add extra crunch (and more minerals) by adding some sunflower or sesame seeds
