Abstract:

This research aimed to investigate, using focus groups, the barriers and facilitators to healthy eating among the four most common household groupings that are most at risk of food poverty on the island of Ireland. It investigated the barriers and facilitators to healthy eating among the main "food/fridge keeper" of these household groupings and investigated the associated commonalities and differences.
