Does breakfast skipping help with weight loss?

Some people choose to skip breakfast to help them lose weight. The National Obesity Observatory has looked at the evidence around the role of breakfast in maintaining a healthy weight. The evidence suggests that eating breakfast is associated with more healthy body weights in children and adolescents as well as adults, despite possibly higher daily energy intakes in breakfast consumers.
