WHICH? survey of breakfast cereals

WHICH? have published the results of a survey of breakfast cereals. They found that 32 out of 50 cereals were high in sugar. In only two cases this was due to the fruit they contained; for the rest it was added sugar. The survey found that improvements have been made in the salt content of cereals with only 8 of 50 cereals not yet meeting 2012 salt targets.

For more information check the WHICH? website.
