Speak Out Information Pack

The Speak Out Customer Charter provides a way for restaurants to tell customers about what standards to expect, and how to complain if those standards are not met.



These stickers show customers that you are participating in the campaign and can be placed in areas where customers will see them such as a bathroom mirror.

Staff training poster

This poster tells staff about the Speak Out campaign and offers them advice on how best to deal with any issues raised by customers about food hygiene.

Feedback card

This feedback card informs customers about what they should expect when on your premises, and allow them to record any comments they may have. They could be left on the counter. A feedback box is also available from safefood.

Customer poster

This poster will increase customer awareness of the campaign, and advise on how best to raise a concern. These could be placed in your bathrooms, corridors or waiting areas.
