Managing Allergens in Catering - See how it's done

Eating out can be a risky business for those who have a food allergy or intolerance. For this reason, caterers are legally obliged to control allergens in the foods they sell. Since December 2014 they are also required to provide accurate information on the allergen status of the dishes to their customers.

To see how this is done, watch our series of informative videos that show real-life experience of food allergen control in a catering kitchen.
