Aim of the workshop
This event will focus on current interventions that have been developed to change living environments and to encourage positive lifestyle behaviour change. We will be joined by Dr Sorcha McKenna from the McKinsey Global Institute who will present research on the cost effectiveness of interventions, while Prof Simon Capewell from the University of Liverpool will speak on how we can build on current interventions and research and use this work to create social and policy change.

The event will be of interest to those working in obesity related areas in the voluntary community sector, academia, industry and government departments and government agencies.
