Food safety workshops in Northern Ireland
safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Northern Ireland District councils, is hosting FREE food safety workshops for small food businesses.
Dates and locations:
- Tuesday 14th of May in Belfast, The MAC - FULLY BOOKED
- Wednesday 15th of May in Cookstown, Glenavon House Hotel - FULLY BOOKED
- Tuesday 21st of May in Omagh, The Grange
- Wednesday 22nd of May in Enniskillen, The Townhall
Time: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm
These workshops will provide up to date training on:
- Pest control
- Controlling food poisoning bacteria
- Cleaning and sanitation
- HACCP and record keeping for small food business
- Managing and labelling food allergens
This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with an experienced food safety trainer/auditor and network with other small food businesses from your area.
