Food safety for SMEs
safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Bia Innovator Athenry, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.

This workshop will provide up to date training on:
- Pest control
- Controlling food poisoning bacteria
- Cleaning and sanitisation
- HACCP and record keeping for small food businesses
- Managing and labelling food allergens
This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with an experienced food safety trainer/auditor and network with other small food businesses from your area.
