Ham patties

Ingredients

  • Leftover ham
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Pinch of sage
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Mix ground ham with an egg, breadcrumbs, a pinch of sage and pepper. 
  2. Shape into patties and fry in butter. 
  3. Serve hot in burger buns.
