Yoghurt, nut and banana surprise

Eating nuts as part of a balanced diet can be good for your heart. They contain unsaturated fatty acids, protein and other nutrients.
Ingredients - Serves 2 Adults
- 125g / 4½ oz. pot of low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 ripe medium banana, cut into small pieces
- 1 dessertspoon of honey
- 3 tablespoons of chopped nuts, e.g. hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds
- 80g / 3 oz. of muesli
Method
- Put the chopped banana into the bottom of a bowl
- Add the muesli
- Pour the yogurt over the banana and muesli
- Mix in the honey
- Sprinkle with nuts
Serving Suggestions
Keep this recipe interesting by replacing the banana with other fruits such as strawberries or melon

Spice it up by adding a sprinkle of cinnamon
