The Take Away My Way All Island Cookery Competition gives students an opportunity to create tasty, healthy versions of their favourite takeaway. Last year’s finalists delighted the judges with their pizzas, curries, stir fries, fish suppers, kebabs and burgers.
This year’s competition invites students to create a mouthwatering, healthy takeaway dish for TWO people. The competition is open to all students in post-primary schools on the island of Ireland and Youthreach Centres in the Republic of Ireland.
The final will be held on the 8th and 9th of May 2013 in St. Angela’s College, Sligo. The final is judged by a panel of experts including award winning chef Neven Maguire. The prizes include two iPads, a class trip to Neven Maguire’s cookery school and vouchers.
