Grilled salmon cutlets
Salmon is a quick-cook food and it is rich in healthy omega-3 fats and vitamin D. The perfect food for a healthy brain and nerves and to help protect against heart disease.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 lemon
- 1 large head broccoli
- 1 large carrot
- Baby potatoes
Method
- Pre-heat the grill for 10 minutes on a medium heat.
- Line the grill pan with foil
- Place the salmon under the grill for 3-4 minutes each side
- Serve with the broccoli, carrots and baby potatoes.
