Yoghurt and banana surprise
This is so packed with goodness that it’s almost too good for the morning. It’s got bananas for energy, yogurt for calcium and nuts for extra minerals. You can be a bit creative with this by adding dried or fresh fruit, or a spoonful of oatmeal.

Ingredients
- 1 small pot of low-fat natural yoghurt
- 1 ripe banana, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon of honey (if desired)
- 3 tablespoons of chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds)
Method
- Put the chopped banana into the bottom of a bowl
- Pour over the yoghurt
- Mix in the honey (if using)
- Sprinkle with nuts
