Quick berry yoghurt
This quick, nutritious breakfast is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C as well as an excellent source of calcium. Serves one- Suitable for vegetarians

Ingredients
- 1 pot of natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons berries – try raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or blackberries (fresh, frozen, canned in own juices)
- 2 tablespoons crunchy muesli
Method
- Mix everything together and eat immediately.
- You can add extra crunch – and more minerals – by adding some sunflower or sesame seeds.
Tip: Calcium is needed for healthy bones and teeth. Kids and teens need lots of calcium to grow string, healthy bones and adults need calcium to help prevent problems like osteoporosis. Dairy products also help to lower blood pressure and may even help to keep weight healthy – a true Superfood. Do go for low fat yoghurt cheese and milk as high fat varieties are higher in saturated fat.
